My athletics goal.

Last week we had athletics day . It was so fun we got to buy juices for 1$. I also  came 2 in 60 metre sprints and 3 in 100 metre sprints.I loved it but it was tyring.The best thing was throwing.But that was tyring too.

Making ice cream

1.what is ice cream made out of ?milk.
2.what do milking machines do?milking machines collect milk from the cows.
3.where is ice cream made?at a factory
4.how is milk tansported from the farm?a large truck comes to get it.
5.what happens after the colours and flavours have been put in?the ice cream is then put into the freezer to harden.
6.how do you make ice cream mixture smooth?they take the fat out
7.why is it inportant to keep milk cool?so you don't get germed milk.
how do you keep your milk cool at home?with a frige.

My goal for athletics.

My goal for athletics is to go to interschool's for 200 metre sprint's.And get a placing.

I am looking foward to the amazing farm trip.

Tomorrow the middle syndacate are going to Miss workman's farm.I think it will be amazing.we will be watching some one milk a cow.After that Miss work man will let us have some milk that is cooled and clean.I cannot wait any more.

Bullying

Jericho and the bean stalk

Once upona time there was a kid named Jericho he once took his chicken to the market and then a yung man said where are you taking that fine chicken.I am taking her to the market.I shall buy her off you.How much said Jericho.How about some magic beans.plant these beans at morning and check them the next morning.When jericho woke up he saw a humoungousb beanstalk! Jericho said holly molly I might climb up that. NO! snapped mum.I want to have anventure said jericho. he climbed and thought is thre an end to this beanstalk and a few seconds later  he reached the end .Fe FI FO FUM! I smell the blood of an english man.Oh no!So Jericho started sprinting and he past a magic monkey and he spat out a golden bannana peal.So he climbed down the  beanstalk with the monkey and he showed his mum now what can he do and the family was never poor again and they lived hapily ever after.

Mark Todd

Mark Todd is among the most celebrated NZ sportsmen with two olympic gold medals and numerous other honours he first completed in Los Angeles  in 1984. And after retiring from completing before the Athens 2004 games he returned to competitive eventing and made the NZ  team for the Beijing olympics.He has carried on since, maintaining his status as one of the best three day eventing horsemen in the world.Todd was a pioneer of three-day eventing in NZ.Those who followed him included olympic medalistand world champions like Tinks.

Winter...

My freezing nose in the foggy streets

 My long legs tingle sitting by the fire eating sweets.

My skinny arms get goose bumps.

My soft hands start to shake.

My small toes start to wiggle.

My favourite toy

My favourite toy is a Nerf gun.Because when you shoot out bullets they would stick on the glass.And at night you can turn on the laser and where ever it's pointing that's where the bullet will go.

Last week room 9 made wistiling straws.It was so fun.If you want to make one you will need sitsers and a straw.All you need to do is to cut the edges and blow into the straw and then you have a wisteling straw.

The holidays

In my holidays my mum took me to the pools I tried sprinting on the rocket but I sliped off whilst diving into the water .Not long after we all went home for some lunch.

Better-This term it is better because I am not a tiny year 3 any more and I am starting to finish my work.

Add-I would like to add somore diary writting and a sketcting book.

Replace-I would like to replace the tote trays into lockers.

Crystal flowers

On monday room9 got to make crystal   flowers. It was so so so fun. When we made them we needed two tissues and a margerine box and the lid. After we stuck the tissue  through the margerine box lid. When we finished we went to the teacher and she would let us choose a colour and she would pour the colour that we chose into the margerine box. I think that in a week it will turn into crystal flowers.

Waitomo caves reflection

At Waitomo Caves it was so amazing my most favourite thing was the boat ride through the caves because
it was so dark but so fun.
I learn't to never I repeat NEVER touch staligmites and staligtites because the oil on our hands can stop them from growing.

What I really want to find out more about is how do glow worms glow.

When room 9 started swimming I have been struggling with freestyle. But I am good at back stroke.My goal is to get better at my breathing.
